This owner of this home had one full bathroom but never took baths and wanted a nice, wide open shower with a cool earthy feel.

This project included:

• Vinyl pan waterproofing of the entire bathroom floor area with soild cast-iron chromed floor drain in shower area.

• River rock tile throughout floor and walls in shower area.

• Wall tile installed flush with surrounding sheetrock to acquire a built-in, real natural stone wall look.

• His-and-hers matching pedestal sinks, mirrors and wall sconces.

• Steam radiator built into wall to save space.

• Rain-head shower tower with separate handheld rain shower.

• New concrete sub-floor in bathroom.

• All new plumbing re-piped from basement.
